Pretty much every one is asking that question when we meet or get an email. It's going. Organizing it all in absence, with email, phone and loads of patience. Though I may have had some trepidation about leaving it all behind and visit Austria, the GC has been on top of issues, both good and bad.
When I got the DURING image of the holes in my kitchen that did make a bit nervous I must admit. Victoria, while training the new bakery in Regina, kept cool and just told me to wait for the next set of images. She's been through more renos than me I guess. Looking good. looking good.
Our initial focus is on the kitchen and baths, costs went up a bit because of some unforeseen issues (That giant hole....), but it will all be good. We head back in 14 days for good and will finish it all off over the summer to have the main house up and running. Then, into the fall and winter we want to get going on the rental units, trying to get them ready for March 2013.
So you all have a place to stay and eat 100% Gluten free food in France with us.
