Note to self: Stop telling people six month before a new gluten free bakery opens. Yes, it took a bit longer than anticipated, but now citizens of Regina, it's getting very close. And we all know good things are worth waiting for.

Victoria left me behind in Europe while she took off today, jetsetting to the capital of Saskatchewan.
There she will train Sarah Clemens and her team of gluten free bakers for the next little while in the art of gluten free baking.
Kneaded Bakeshop & Espresso Bar will be open for business very soon.

If any of you have seen the backroom of the original GF Patisserie in Cochrane, you may understand the oven envy Victoria has with every new bakery she works with. Look at these machines. You can smell the fresh bread just by looking at the images.
And that inventive overhead electric outlet system. Does it get any better?

We were besides ourselves with the outstanding color choice that Sarah chose. How bold is that? A trademark all by itself.  People will just tell other Celiacs, go to Kneaded, the Purple Bakery, if you want fresh gluten free baked goods.

So,  people of Saskatchewan. Get ready for the very best gluten free baked goods very soon. Check for details on Sarah's website:
