L.A. TIMES FINDS GLUTEN FREE BREAD THAT TASTES AS GOOD AS REGULAR

Beau Monde Bakery had a booth at the Gluten Free expo in Pasadena last weekend to get some extra exposure to the important Southern California market. After all, that crowd makes up a large part of the drive in traffic to Las Vegas week after week.

There were over 100 exhibitors at that expo, from cookbooks to cake mixes, cookies, gluten free beer and of course breads.
The LA Times published an article about it all in their living section yesterday. With a picture of Beau Monde's bread! How cool is that.  You can read the article here:

Not only the was the journalist impressed to single out Beau Monde's bread, even a reader in the comment section mentioned Beau Monde as well. And that guy is not even Celiac, he just eats as his wife does. And that guy is not even Celiac, he just eats as his Celiac wife does.

"......Most gluten free breads are a poor imitation, because they don't rise due to the lack of gluten. Beau Monde has done something right and their bread is great - no "for a gluten free bread" asterisk needed"

Victoria is extremely happy about the recognition her licensee received. From a national paper no less.
Chapeau Dr. Zimmerman and Beau Monde team.
