A visit to Calgary for Victoria would not be complete without visiting the fabulous baker boys at Big Star.
They continue to churn out Alberta's best gluten free products, day in day out.
They successfully put their own stamp on the product, extended the range a bit and keep local Celiacs happy. Victoria enjoyed the gluten free Baguette with some triple cream Brie and fig jam.
If you have not had a Baguette from Big Star Bake House, you are missing out.

$3.50 for a baguette!!??!! Wow, somebody either has very high overhead or is making a killing! We pay 80 cents for a baguette ordinaire here, or 1 euro for a baguette tradition.
