The Gite is I believe the only commercial place in the hamlet. We take the dog for a daily walk now, unlike in Calgary, where I just kicked her out the back door.
So today I took some images, random as always. A lot of the residents have great looking vegetable gardens, some have animals as well. Some houses are renovated, or under renovation, from what I understand a good third of the houses belong to expat Brits. A small, but interesting place.
MAIN ROAD. ALSO THE ONLY ROAD.

I think there is more unlike Calgary than just kicking your dog out the back door!
So are you guys living in France now?
Hope all is well :-)

All is well Lorne, thank you.
we will be here for a year, then let's see. The plan is to stay, yes.
How is your fitness company?
Sounds awesome. If you ever get the chance, send me a loaf of Pain Poilane! Nom nom nom!
The fitness business is up and coming. It's tough getting the name out there without spending a lot on advertising. I am relying on word of mouth right now (also because I do not want a large client base right away).
