Las Vegas just got better for Celiacs.
Beau Monde Bakery opened their doors August 2nd, creating some of the best gluten free baked goods in the valley.
A welcoming warm space, Beau Monde Bakery serves all of Victoria's GF PATISSERIE recipes, the breads, the cakes, the Hamburger buns, the Pizza crusts, the Brownies, the Tiramisu (EXCELLENT) and then some. A great new item are the gluten free cake cake pops, which of course Isabella had to have a couple.
Coffee and tea is another addition, might as well eat your gluten free Brownie right away with a Latte....I did.

Las Vegas! oh well - maybe the new GFP in Calgary has the same - I never saw the lemon merigue in Cochrane, but maybe we never arrived on time. :-)
