ROASTED PEPPER ANTIPASTO

Summer is too far away. Can't wait for the markets to have fresh Peppers by the truck load. In the meantime, we just buy them at the Store.
Roasted Peppers make for an excellent appetizer, easy to make, perfect to mix up with cold cuts or other Antipasto. Once you made your own, no way can you go back to the one in a jar.


OLIVE OIL, PEPPERS, GARLIC, SALT &PEPPER

 ROAST IT ALL UP IN THE OVEN


 ROASTED GARLIC MAKES IT


 LET THE PEPPERS COOL FOR A WHILE

 PEEL THE SKIN AND SLICE


 ADD THE ROASTED GARLIC, OLIVE OIL, SALT, PEPPER


MIX IT ALL UP AND ENJOY
