Much easier to make than you think. I actually used my rice cooker. No sticky rice? No problem. Replace with Risotto rice, it's starchy as well. Replace half the liquid with coconut milk, add some sugar if you'd like.

Simmer down the other half of the coconut milk until thick and syrupy. Peel those fresh, sweet Mangoes, sprinkle with crushed Chilies ( not too much), it's an excellent dessert.

Told you it's easy, so go try it.

Hi Peter! Long time no talk!

Looks great, but how do you fine / where do you find a good mango? The one's I get here are always woody and taste pine-ish...
