GLUTEN FREE CAESAR SALAD

Naturally. If you order it without the croutons. No sweat. But I used GF PATISSERIE'S sandwich bread to make crunchy, buttery croutons to complete this Caesar Salad. After all, they are a must for this dish.

Basically all you do, cut up half a loaf of bread into small cubes, melt some butter or heat some Olive oil, roast the cubes on medium heat until lightly brown, salt & pepper, done. No need to overdo the spices on cubes, they are a compliment to an already flavorful salad.





I made my caesar with anchovies, garlic, lemon juice, egg yolk, Worcester sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil  and parmesan. Mix it all together for a creamy consistency and toss a head of Romaine, dinner is done.
