EAT ALBERTA - APRIL 30TH

This event above is being put together by Slow Food Edmonton and it is worth your time. Victoria was going to attend with her GF insights, unfortunately due to the date April 30th (Saturday) she is unable to host a gluten free baking seminar. Another time, another place.

Valerie Lugonja and her dedicated team up in Edmonton will make this an incredible event to showcase what Alberta, even with the harshest weather patterns, can produce.

So. Go to: www.eatalberta.com , register for this event and enjoy the talent at hand. Some of the events include:

· Sausage making
· Cheese making demonstration
· Apple pie and pastry making
· Bread making
· Pasta making
Tasting sessions include:
· Fruit wine tasting
· Honey tasting
· Coffee tasting
· Canadian wine and cheese pairing
· Goat Cheese Tasting

OK. THE TURTLE IS NOT LOCAL.....

It's a mere 8 hour drive to Edmonton... I'm thinking about it though! Bread, pasta & pastry making though, perhaps I'll need to pick up some of your bread from Ben's for the tastings!
