GLUTEN FREE BACON CHEESE BURGER

Burgers are somewhat considered summer food when made at home. All of us love to grill a Burger or two. But living in Calgary, the BBQ season is shorter than BLINK, so once in a while I make them at all seasons.

Today's gluten free version is made with Bacon as well. It's Friday. Live a little. Calorie counting is for Sissies.
Don't buy ready made patties, make your own mix. I bought some ground sirloin, added my favorite spices (Paprika) and a couple of eggs to bind it a little and three the patties in a regular frying pan. Medium to medium high heat, flip after a few, top with cheese of your choice to melt ( I hate cold cheese on a warm Burger)

Omitted are onions (Victoria can't eat them) and pickles (none in the fridge). When it comes to condiments, it's a personal choice really. But as you see it here, it's my favorite version of all.
