LEARNING TO BAKE GLUTEN FREE



Chris and Ashleigh, another mother daughter team are in Cochrane to learn all about gluten free baking. They are about to open Nourish, Newfoundland's finest gluten free bakery. This is pretty exciting for everybody.
Lauren and Victoria get to cut their chops in teaching and guiding, giving the ladies tips about how to make it extra fine, tasty and overall successfull.

The owners of Nourish are full of vigor and eager to understand the finer things of gluten free baking. Having watched Victoria over the past three years, I think it's pretty close to rocket science. Many of you can relate to it.

The Las Vegas team is next, followed soon by Phoenix. Hectic times.  I think it is time for Victoria to start seriously thinking about selling the Cochrane location and focus on her next step in this gluten free adventure.

How exciting! How soon do you expect the Las Vegas location to open? I dream about the cinnamon rolls you posted a while back, and I live close to Vegas.
