GLUTEN FREE TURKEY PANINI

If you are cruising around the West side of Calgary, say for example Sarcee & Bow Trail, you should stop in at Cabin Cafe. It's located inside one of those rustic looking log cabins we have so many here in Canada.

There inside, with the fireplace roaring into June, you find a safe haven for great gluten free food. Besides The Wilder Nest Cafe's GF Duck Confit sandwich, this place makes the best gluten free Paninis short of my own.

Isabella once ina while feels that she deserves a "lunch out" and so I oblige and ask her for a spot to visit. Today it was Cabin Cafe and she ordered their Turkey Panini on gltuen free bread.
The staff is well aware of Celiacs and knows how to avoid cross contamination. They use wax paper to wrap the bread before putting it on the Panini press. The add Cranberries and Spinach, it's excellent.
Served on GF PATISSERIE'S gluten free Italian Flatbread.

Go treat yourself!
