HOW TO MAKE GREAT GF WAFFLES

When in business, one constantly has to evaluate, adapt and if necessary, change.
In GF Patisserie's case, the waffle is history. Yes, sad to say, it just did not make economic sense.

Too labor intensive, frequent equipment failure and the final straw was another waffle maker burn out this weekend.

Victoria will provide you with the recipe for her excellent gluten free waffles shortly, post it here and on the website, all you have to do is mix it and bake it.
Plus, just for the fun of it, later this year I will make waffles with strawberries, just like Panini's on a Saturday.
You come and eat. Extra whipped cream for all!

I bet people would love to buy pre-assembled bags of her waffle mix, with instructions to add eggs or milk later on, just like a boxed cake mix.

Sorry, to hear that, we thought we might offer them on our menu.
If we could get the mix that would be great or maybe the mix would work for our banana buttermilk pancakes?
