Scones, finger sandwiches, Petit Fours, cookies and other special treats. Just for you. GF Patisserie's loyal crowd.
What she really is looking for is a venue that can provide the dishes. If any of you know of a place in and around Calgary, let Victoria know.
There is this hotel in London that hosts gluten free afternoon teas. The menu below makes me want to take Victoria to London for a long weekend...

Talk about beautiful presentation on the pastries! Food porn galore! I love it!
Hello Michelle,
how I want to be in AZ right now....snow, cold, wet. All the winter stuff.
Good to see you back blogging
Victoria will make so many people ecstatic if she does a gluten-free tea. I was do disappointed when we arrived too late to have gluten-free tea at one of the fine B&Bs we stayed at this summer on our New England motorcycle trip. One support group I belong to has had a gluten-free tea for its members a few times (we all bring something) and it was very nice. Yes, give Victoria a vacation and take her to London for that tea! (Although that won't help you get away from the cold ... BTW, we have at least 18 inches of snow here!)
