PIZZA SHELLS - A WORK IN PROGRESS




The single most requested product that is not yet available at GF Patisserie, is a good Pizza shell.
More than anything, people crave Pizza. And I don't blame them.
Good news.
You can count on Victoria to make a top notch Pizza crust. But let me tell you.
Martha Stewart's perfectionism pales in comparison to Victoria's standards. And not only with her baking. With everything....So, just as with her other breads, pies and cakes, this Pizza project is going through a major trial phase first....and she is 99% there.

These shells were frozen for a while, to test how they perform after thawing. I was in charge of toppings, which in equal parts are as important as a good dough. Italian Ham, Salami, San Marzano tomatoes for the light sauce and fresh Mozzarella and Basil. A PERFECT PIE!

So maybe, just maybe when you get out there to Cochrane, ask Victoria if she has Pizza shells in the freezer.

Victoria tries her best to make Celiacs happy.

Keep in mind, she sells the bread part only, I have to put the good stuff on it...
