ITALIAN FLAT BREAD PANINI - EXTRA LARGE




Nothing better than a good Panini. I wanted to try Victoria's Italian flat bread as a whole today and see how it turns out.


I sliced open the whole loaf and filled it with my favorite cold cuts, Sopressata and Mortadella. Fresh Boconcini and basil, some grilled red peppers as well. A new Tapenade to give it extra flavor.

Top with Olive Oil and grill for about 5 minutes. Feeds 4 Victorias or 2 Peters

Yes, teh bread is fantastic for a good gluten free Panini.
Whenver you come out to Cochrane, let us know.

I go home through Cochrane. I live in the northeast and prefer the Big Hill Springs route... The bike appreciates it too!
